We have a strong foundation of over two decades in the hospitality industry and partner with several of the world’s most well-known hospitality brands, such as the Marriott International, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, and Banyan Tree in bringing their properties to different cities in India.
As of December 31, 2024, our Portfolio includes seven Operating Hospitality Assets with 1,445 keys, including one Hospitality Asset which is currently under renovation with 190 keys. In addition, we have three Hospitality Assets Under Development with 951 expected keys, and nine Upcoming Hospitality Assets with 1,558 expected keys.

Prestige entered the hospitality business in 2001 with Angsana Oasis Spa and Resort in Bengaluru, in partnership with the Banyan Tree, one of the world's leading resort and spa operators. Over the following years, we have partnered with several of the world’s most well-known hospitality brands, such as the Hilton Group, Marriott International, Sheraton, and Oakwood in bringing their properties in different cities in India.
