Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Company's CSR and ESG programs, ensuring it is responsive to stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve key public disclosures related to CSR and ESG, including the Annual Report, BRSR, and other voluntary frameworks.
  • Identify and evaluate material ESG risks and opportunities and support the development and periodic review of mitigation and action plans.
